Who we are

What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and email address.
- Your business name (if you choose to share it).
- Your project tier interest, budget range, and timeline.
- The free-text brief you write.
We do not use cookies, browser fingerprinting, or any tracking that follows you across sites. Site analytics (page views, country) are collected anonymously through a privacy-friendly analytics provider that does not set cookies or identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, send a proposal, and stay in touch about your project. Nothing else. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it to build profiles.

Where it goes
When you submit the form, your data is transmitted via a US-based email delivery service (Resend) which forwards your inquiry to our inbox. Resend may briefly hold a copy for delivery troubleshooting.
Once your inquiry reaches our inbox, your data sits in standard email storage (Google Workspace) until you ask us to delete it.

How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry data for as long as we're actively talking, or up to 24 monthsafter our last exchange, whichever is later. After that, we delete it unless you've become a client (in which case the project file is kept for tax and contract purposes for up to 7 years per Malaysian regulations).

Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:
- Ask what data we hold about you.
- Correct any data that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Limit how we process your data.

Security
All form submissions travel over HTTPS. Inboxes are protected by standard account security (strong password + two-factor authentication). We'll tell you within 72 hours if your data is involved in any breach.

Changes to this notice
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and refresh the effective date at the top. For active clients, we'll also email you a heads-up.
